We’re so excited to introduce you to Taylor Horton, the newest addition to the Auxilius family! Taylor has joined us as a Director of Technical Accounting Success, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her onboard.
Her role is all about bringing top-notch technical accounting expertise to customers, particularly in the world of R&D financial reporting. This includes leading platform configurations, overseeing data mapping, and providing expert guidance to customers. Spoiler alert: she’s pretty amazing.

A Little About Taylor’s Journey
Taylor’s career kicked off in the BIG4 audit world with Deloitte. There, she sharpened her skills in public accounting and financial reporting, gaining invaluable experience in a high-paced environment. It was the perfect foundation for what was to come next.
After her time at Deloitte, Taylor transitioned into industry roles, diving deeper into operational accounting and Controllership. This hands-on experience gave her a strong grasp of the ins and outs of financial operations. Most recently, she worked at Connor Group, in financial operations and managed services. Within financial operations Taylor did many SOX controls assessments and supported companies in audit-readiness as they endeavored towards IPO. As part of her managed service work, Taylor focused on the biotech and R&D sector, doing operational accounting and gaining first-hand experience on the clinical accrual process. This has set the stage for her current role with Auxilius.
